1. The latest addition to the List –
A long ago ex-classmate wanted to help me (thank you very2 much) by introducing me to her colleague’s mature student. I granted the permission for her to give my no. with the condition I accept only messages not phone call (again!). That’s it! End of story.
2. A long ago friend who I met only once in person.
She arranged for two guys to call me. One is in The-blind-dates part (later). The second guy complained to my friend after a few phone calls, “Cakap omputeh je..”. Hello, excuse me! I just got back & was relaxing at home after a long day at work where the medium of communication was English & of course I’m entitled to stumble into English straight away when I picked up the phone unless it was my mother or any of my sisters or brothers who called (then soksek cakap noghoghi lah..)!
3. A classmate at that particular time-
(even till today she’s not giving up on me yet! Trying to fix me up for good that is…). Her colleague asked for a pic & I gave in & that was the end of it. Never to repeat the same mistake ever again! I gave my recent pic which wasn’t (if I do say so myself – don’t do me justice) showing the good side of me – blamed the person who snapped the pic! Heheh
3. My junior –
She tried to fix me up with her teacher (am I that desperate?). I was ok with it – no harm in trying rite? A semester later (after a long wait), I found out through the grapevine he’s engaged to be married. Turn out he’s the same guy that another junior tried to fix me up with earlier (something like a year before) but I was like really blur at that time so I pretty much ignored him…No wonder he looked familiar. Nice smile though!
4. There's more but cannot remember already...
