On the federal trunk road with speed limit of 90kmph taking his/her own sweet time enjoying the fresh air from the countryside @50-60kmph even the tanker/lorry was faster very much ignorant of the long long line of motorists trailing behind pushing others to the very limit of patience (aiyoh!) by trying very hard not to %#$%@! not forgetting it’s the Holy month of Ramadhan I swear I was pushed (don’t want to) really - had to overtake at the double-lines again (& again)!!

Fadilat Solat Tarawih di bulan Ramadhan (berjemaah di masjid @ surau)
Scene: Acara lepak beramai2 in the living room.
rad: Along nak ikut tarawih malam ni tak?
along (12yo): Budak2 takpe kan kalau tak tarawih?
rad: Ha, iyolah – banyak cantik muko tu! Klu tak diajar ikut solat tarawih daripado sekarang – along ingat, esok2 bilo along dah bosa, dah kojo, dah jadi bapak budak….ghoti ko nak bawak2kan diri tu ko surau, masjid ko?

Satu das tembakan/libasan ala2 pukul anak sindir menantu (not my intention really).
Somebody nudged me, with her mouth pointing to the other adult-person, who, to the best of my recent knowledge, never got close to the mosque for any kind of occasions, offering all sort of excuses – anak kecik lagi, tak wajib solat di masjid, lauk siapa nak masak, rumah siapa nak kemas etc.
My point is, anak2 kita perlu diajar untuk hidup bermasyarakat , bercampur gaul – ini bila raya pun bukan main payah lagi nak menziarahi saudara-mara (finger pointing to: myself)! Jangan nak ikut keselesaan peribadi sahaja – leceh berjalan, panas, etc.

But I too am guilty of that long ago...
today its drivers chatting on their h/phones driving erractically.
So I just recently pasang Italian Fiaam air horns...it sure wake them up, ha ha.

Just as driving Rad, we hope that we are all careful along this second lap of Ramadhan. Ramadhan kareem.

*raise both hands* Coz I'm guilty of using the hp too (wid speaker on)& ONLY checking incoming msges once in a while (really!).
But I do drive-safe insyaAllah. Only overtake when I'm sure of everything - quick thinking needed.
Of course, I slammed my hand on the horn-pad (sad to say, only ordinary one) when the occasion raised hehehe...it gives me GREAT satisfaction!! *grinningwithglee*

Your advice is duly noted. If we drive fast, get off the road faster, more cars can travel easier - er, right? *shamelesslytryingtojustifymyaction*
Not only those who go beyond the speed limit needs to be reprimand, those who drive way below the prescribed speed limit too! They're causing much damage to the healthy state-of-mind of other drivers.

Hehehe...sampai gak ko kek sini yo? Ingat yo, sini org cuma kenal rad- bukan azie/adzi tau...so kena coverline sikit lah..it's only one way street from fb to here (not vice versa)!
